styled tour de france inspired fashion photo

The famous Tour De France is making it's way to Yorkshire, this year, and by 'eck we are all excited about it, as it will be passing through Hebden Bridge on the way up Cragg Road (the longest hill climb in Britain)!

Inspired by this, a group of talented Hebden Bridge creatives, local businesses and an amazing photographer came together to bring a bit of glamour to the proceedings with a styled photo shoot influenced by the 1949 film 'A Boy, A Girl and a Bike'. Starring the epitemy of glamorous British actresses of the day, Diana Dorrs and Honour Blackman, the story was set in Yorkshire, and was about a the classic love triangle story, set against a backdrop of fabulous local landscape with a local cycling club.

There are many beautiful photos from the day, which was what turned out to be a glorious sunny early March day (we were very lucky!).

You can see the credits of who helped make the day such a success below, and view more pictures in my portfolio
