Order Delays
My apologies, but there is an unavoidable delay on all my orders this week as we have had more floods here in Hebden Bridge. This time a river of flood water came racing down the hill behind my house, washing away my garden and filling up my yard, nearly up to the back door. We have narrowly escaped flooding, luckily! On Friday and Monday my children have been evacuated from school due to rising water levels, and with uncertainty about flooding at our Post Office again (after the last flood) I have been reluctant to post since Friday.
There was also a small diversion of meeting Prince Charles on Friday as he visited my daughter's school and visited flood damaged shops!
Many businesses and this time homes have been totally devastated by yet another flood, and my sympathies are with everyone affected. We really got away lightly.
I expect to be back up to speed on all orders by Friday, assuming there are not more flood situations.
