Folklore Jewellery Collection

This handmade jewellery collection was inspired by traditional tales, folklore and folk art. As the nights draw in tales about dragons, witches, damsels in distress, wolves, heroes and fairyfolk seem more real and compelling...

SImple tales about right and wrong, that often happened 'Once upon a time' and sometimes ended 'Happily ever after'....maybe spooky, often with a moral, every culture has a tradition of tales passed down through the generations.

I have used rich gemstones such as garnets, amethyst and agate along with pearls to handcraft the jewellery in these collections, reflecting the traditions of folk art and all the winter festivals just around the corner.

My Vasilisa Earrings have been featured in Vogue (November 2011) and GQ (December 2011) this season.
